The new model 3214E runs on a 20 hp Kohler gas engine and uses two 14" carbide split blades. The frame is extremely solid with 3" x 8" sheet metal channel. Live infeed/outfeed rolls and top rollers are hydraulically controlled as well as the hydraulic stabilizers for quick
and easy set-up. Additionally, with the flip of a switch, the hydraulic hood opening allows full and easy access to the blade.

The user-friendly computerized setworks includes a combination of six preset memories for unit measures and three for fractional measures for a multitude of board thicknesses. The sawdust conveyor with adjustable outfeed angle sends the sawdust to one side of the edger for maintaining a clean workspace.
